• This competition (“Promotion”) is open to anyone aged 16 years or over ​​except employees of The Really Useful Group Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Promotion. Entry is open worldwide. 
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
• Route to entry for the draw and details of how to enter are available on the post made on our Instagram channel (@alwslicensing on Instagram) (the “Channel”) on 14 December 2023.
• Closing dates: All entries must be received by 11.59 pm (UK time) on 22/12/23.
• Winner selection: There will be one winner selected. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date of the Promotion. 
• Claiming prize: the winner will be notified by a private message to the Instagram account used to submit their entry. To claim the prize, the Winner must reply to this message within 3 days of our message with their name and address, which will be used to arrange the prize.
• Prize: One exclusive merchandise package.
• The prize will be posted to an address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage of the prize in the post. 
• The prize will be sent to the first address provided by the winner. The Promoter cannot change this address after posting or send the prize to any additional address. The winner is responsible for receiving the prize at the address provided. 
• No substitution can be made for the prize. No cash alternative is given. 
• The Really Useful Group Ltd reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any point.
• If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or does not respond to the Promoter’s notification within 3 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant (and that winner will similarly have to respond to the notification sent to them by the Promoter within 48 hours of that notification being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
• The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

• Details of prize winners’ names and address will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion and then after this time we will remove these details from our database.
• The Winner/entrants agree to allow the Promoter unlimited use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
• This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
• This Promotion is not open to employees or agents of The Really Useful Group Ltd.
