After engagements at the Nuffield Theatre in Southampton, U.K., Daisy Pulls It Off bowed in the West End at the Globe Theatre (now known as the Gielgud) in 1983, where it ran for 1,180 performances. Produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber and directed by David Gilmore, the production garnered an Olivier Award for Best Comedy. Daisy was subsequently revived in London at the Lyric Theatre in 2002 and the Arts Theatre in 2010. The play made its American debut at Woodland Hills High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1992, directed by John Lloyd.
